A
fairly new park, built in 2006. Very friendly owners. Easy in and out from I-40.
Gravel sites with good hookups, mostly level. The pull through
sites are very narrow and short. They will "barely"
contain a 40 ft motorhome and toad. Fifth wheelers end up parking their
trucks sideways, partly sticking out in the road. Makes
maneuvering through the park difficult with a big rig. The office
is rarely manned as the owners seem to have day jobs. Basically
set up like most KOA's. Good for an overnight stop. One big PLUS
is RV washing is allowed. I wish more RV Parks would allow this.
One NEGATIVE is the use of the word "Resort" on their
website. This is NOT a resort.

Okay for an
overnighter. Mainly caters to interstate travelers but wants to be
a destination park? Two pavilions for what reason I'm not sure.
The space could have been better used to allow larger sites. Seems
to have a lot of wasted space. Not planned out very well for such
a new park. |

I liked it here. Grass
to do my business and no goofy pet rules. |
