A very nice park right on I-40. Out in the boonies, about 20 miles west of Winslow. Gravel sites, mostly level, wide enough to be comfortable. Boulder landscaping looks like it would make site entry/exit difficult but not so. The park used landscaping timbers to define the sites so they look smaller than they actually are. Hookups are a bit misplaced. Sewer hookup is back toward the rear of the sites meaning two hoses to reach. If you like night time star gazing, this is the place. Very little light pollution. Small amount of noise from I-40 but nothing distracting.

Nice place. Check in at the store which has lots of Meteor Crater and Route 66 souvenirs. Prices are cheaper than other stores in the area for the same product. Lots to do in the area. Petrified Forest and the Painted Desert are an hour away and Winslow is a must see on the old Route 66 area, including the "Standin' On The Corner" park. And of course the Meteor Crater just 6 miles from the park. Note, their website claims to have a Mexican Restaurant at the park, it closed last year so don't do like we did and plan to eat there on arrival!
