Except
for a small overnight section, this park is mostly permanents or
semi-permanents. Lots of trailers, RV's and park models that
haven't been moved in YEARS. Overnight sites
are gravel and mostly unlevel. Maneuvering in the park with a big
rig is okay but the back-ins are 90 degrees to the road so getting
in and out is very difficult. Hookups are well placed and we had
no power problems here. Water pressure is VERY weak, mostly a
dribble. Avoid this place like the plague on weekends. It is KID
CENTRAL and the park has an actual fire engine that they purchased
on E-Bay. On Saturday nights they load up all the little kiddies
on the fire truck and drive through the park with the siren going,
the red lights flashing and the horn blasting. This goes on for TWO HOURS. Overall,
this park is a
place to avoid if at all possible.

I like the
gated entry. They issue you a card to get in and out. Low water
pressure is a real pain. A super Wal-Mart within 3 miles. The
sites are big enough that you're not crowded. Not a place if you
want to sit out and enjoy a quiet evening. Towns of Streetsboro and Hudson are close by with grocery and plenty of chain restaurants.

I liked it here. Lots
of grass and other dogs to bark at. |
